Concession  plays a vital role in our organization.  Concession $$$ help us keep our player fees from rising. Concession revenue provides paid umpires and most importantly helps us keep our meal options affordable to our baseball families!  In order for us to make this happen, we need volunteers to commit to work ONE-TWO shifts with us.  High school students and up are welcome to sign up for a shift or two or three!!!  It is actually a lot of FUN once you try it!

Remember ALL volunteers for team assignments must be adult volunteers.  

High School volunteers are welcome, but do not count as your minimum number of volunteer time slots.

SCOREKEEPERS ARE SO IMPORTANT!

Every team needs a scorekeeper (except mini-t). A scorekeeping class is scheduled each spring during the pre-season. Each team should have a volunteer scorekeeper present at the class.  Scorebooks and line up sheets are provided to the team manager (head coach) in their manager notebook at the pre-season coach clinic.  Each team's  scorebook is the official record of the team's season.  A well completed scorebook helps the coaching staff evaluate/analyze player development opportunities. It is important that scorebooks are completed correctly league wide as they are turned into the District to determine All Star eligibility for players. Every time your team plays a game it goes into this book. This is for all divisions except Mini-T (3-4). 

Our FALL SEASON is instructional.  In the fall, we do not keep score in regular t-ball division.  We also do not report scores of games or maintain standings during the fall season.  The focus of this season is development of strong fundamentals and having FUN!
